Capital Notes & Securities Trading Automation
NETLINKS developed the capital notes and securities trading automation software for the Central Bank of Afghanistan (Da Afghanistan Bank). The system is being used the DAB and all private banks in the country to trade capital notes on weekly basis. The system handles transactions worth millions of dollars on weekly basisis

NETLINKS is always in the search for new technologies to be introduced to Afghan public. One of the first initiatives of NETLINKS was to develop the first online job portal targeting the Afghan Market. The portal currently has between 7,000 to 10,000 unique visitors a day with over 50 new job vacancies announced on daily basis. The portal has over 20,000 jobseekers actively using the system and over 1400 recruiters using the portal for their recruitment needs.

Vehicle Plate Registration System
For the first time in Afghanistan, NETLINKS developed the computerized vehicle plate registration system in Afghanistan. The system was developed for German High Tech- a prime contractor for the Traffic Department of the Ministry of Interior. The system is one of the largest online databases inside Afghanistan being accessed from 8 different locations from 8 major zones in Afghanistan. The whole system architecture and the database was designed by NETLINKS.

Online Payroll Database for Afghan National Army
NETLINKS was contracted by the US Military to develop the online payroll database for the Afghan National Army. The system keeps track of army attendance and generates reports for salaries on monthly basis. The system was the first of its in to be widely deployed in the Ministry of Defense.

Case Management System
NETLINKS developed Case Management System under a contract from JSSP/PAE for law enforcement agencies in Afghanistan. The system keeps track of all criminal cases in Afghanistan. The system is being used by the attorney general’s office, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Counter Narcotics, High Office of Oversight for Anti Corruption, US Military and NATO.

Government’s Job Portal (www.jobs.gov.af)
NETLINKS Ltd has developed and currently implementing the Government of Afghanistan’s Job Portal. The system is developed through a USAID fund managed by Deloitte for Civil Service Commission. The system is soon going to go live.
