It started as a one-man company in 2005 and has grown to a company employing over 12 professional programmers, database developers, and network engineers. It has delivered outstanding IT services to more than 300+ companies, organizations, and government agencies in Afghanistan.

Our Team
As of the moment, NETLINKS is composed of 12 expert staff including software and database developers, Microsoft and Cisco certified engineers and VSAT engineers. All employees are Afghan or Afghan Expats who are well trained and competent in delivering unparalleled services to clients. Our employees go under continuous trainings to keep up with the latest developments and trends in IT.

Farshid Ghyasi, CEO
MIS (Malaysia), MeBM (Japan)
As the CEO of NETLINKS Ltd, Ghyasi has worked on a number of Information Systems Design projects for the Government of Afghanistan, International Organizations and private companies in Afghanistan.  With over 7 years of experience in IT consultancy carrying out design, management, development and deployment of critical systems such as the Credit Registry system for the central bank of Afghanistan, Case management system for the Attorney General’s office, and Vehicle Plate registration system for the traffic department.

Mr. Ghyasi has in-dept understanding of analyzing government functions and designing information systems to automate those functions and make them more efficient. Ghyasi is the founding member of the National ICT Alliance of Afghanistan and has also worked with the Ministry of Communications & IT through UNDP’s ICT project in Afghanistan.

Ghyasi holds a bachelors degree in Management Information Systems concentrating on Databases and Data mining from International Islamic University Malaysia and a Masters Degree in E-Business Management concentrating on IT Strategy & Policy Planning and Mobile Government.

Abdul Wadood, Deputy CEO
BIT (Malaysia)
As the Deputy CEO of NETLINKS Ltd, Mr. Wadood is responsible on overseeing all the technical infrastructure of the company including a number of servers hosting over 400 company websites and corporate emails. In addition, he leads the software development unit in the company actively involved in the design and architecture of the systems. Mr. Wadood has exceptional knowledge and skills in open source technologies and localization.

Mr. Wadood holds a bachelors degree in Information Technology from Multimedia University Malaysia.

Nabi Hassanzoy, CFO
BBA (Afghanistan)
As the CFO of NETLINKS, Mr. Nabi Hassanzoy is responsible for all the financial related issues in the company including all contractual matters with the clients. Mr. Hassanzoy is also taking lead in the company’s initiative to introduce OpenERP Enterprise Resource Planning solution in Afghanistan.

Mr. Hassanzoy holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Kardan Institute of Higher Education.
